Don't have much choice, but if you can avoid it or come at 8:59am on Saturday, you should. After waiting on line and at the pick up door for over an hour... they lost one of my packages.

Come here really early to make sure you're not a victim of the lines.. And install netflix on your phone so you're occupied while the customer in front of you complains for no reason :p

If at all possible, have your packages and important documents mailed to your place of work. This place is the pits.
