Just try to be home for your package. Wasting your life in line to pick up a package is never the move.

Package pick up is a mess. There's never more than one person working the window, even if there are 20 people in line. And it takes at least 5 minutes per person to find packages

I've lived here for three years and the only thing that is consistent about this Post Office is the rude, unhelpful employees and over all incompetence. File a complaint1-800-275-8777

THEY DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY'RE DOING! Don't ever go here! If you live around the area, you're better off going to the post office in 125th street, they know what they're doing.

Not only has this post office 'lost' THREE packages over the last four months, one postal worker threatened me after I complained about his incompetence. Two more missing packages after his threat.

The wait time at the Post office is like the wait time at the DMV during certain hours. I suggest you try to get there early in the morning and on a weekday.
