When can we have a train tat is on schedule? I think people wont mind to pay full fare if always on time? 50% discount with always delay will never help. Am i right?

The trains are not punctual, people scrambling to get into the trains, and it caused the train packed like sardines.

Have a book handy, or your mp3 player with you, just in case you get bored waiting for the train. Often times, it shall be late. So to be safe, better move early!!
