Hertz SLC Airport need a lesson on how to do business ethically. I now have to OVERPAY a bill by $200 because no one at Hertz seems to want to take responsibility for their workers negligence

That was easier than the Emerald Aisle for Enterprise. I had just signed up for Gold and everything went like it's supposed to, I couldn't ask for more.

Blech. I rented from the downtown SLC office. Got a car that had been smoked in. Bathrooms haven't been cleaned in months. High prices. Never again! Enterprise is the best!!

Using hertz rewards points. They cannot help us. Have to call 1 800 number. Express rent kiosk is useless. Do yourself a favor and avoid these people. set up reservation online or by phone.

Absolute rudest possible service ever. Not only do they not answer their direct line, the 800 line can't get a hold of them. Go to another car rental provider they don't value your business.
