BUYER BEWARE! SCAM!. I was charged and additional items were added to my contract that I declined. I thought I got a great deal until I saw my bill! Customer service was a complete waste of time.

Might have been a bad night, but renting the car, I stood in line for over an hour. The desk associate who helped me was courteous enough and got me through the process relatively painlessly

Watch out on getting the ExpressPass option which charges a daily rate ($10!) rather than a per use fee (effectively doubling the rental cost).

By the time you leave, you'll pay 2xs the price, all the taxes and forced upgrades plus extra $70 charge for tolls! Attendants are very rude if you try to avoid the upgrades.

HORRIBLE. 1 ½ wait to get the car. Charged e-z toll for ea day of rent, as I was told I would pass through 1 to get to destination. LIE. Charged extra day for returning car 4 min after cut-off. LIE.

Pushy on upgrades. Then she says they will fill up gas for 15 cents less then regular gas. That's ONLY at the gas station across the street thats 40 cents more then in town. Don't fall for the scams.
