Plenty of shops after security if you're looking to buy souvenirs/gifts. Full size bottles of hot sauce too.

The taxis outside although safe are UBER expensive and unfortunately the only ones in the area, so make sure to bring at least $15 per person for a ride out of the airport

Food: Margaret's Fireheart Food. Local food just across the street (left) from the airport. Faster than in the airport and damn good!

International airport flying mostly airlines from US. Can connect to small regional flights with Tropic Air and Maya Air to surrounding cities. Souvenirs shops available.

Free wifi! There's a nice bistro upstairs before security. Lots of gift shops after security.

Definitely stop by Jet's. He will give you an autograph, do magic tricks and show you family photos... All after serving the best rum punch ever. Do NOT go to the sunset restaurant upstairs.

Definitely stop in at Jet's Bar and order 2 or 3 chicken sandwiches. They're cheap, small and awesomely delicious.

Definitely stop by the little bar for a beer--it has been named one of the top ten airport bars. The bartender has a few great stories to share.
