The Banfield at this Petsmart is dishonest. They pad the bill,and try to intimidate you. The vet we saw today behaved more like a Thug than a doctor. Will never go back.

You can open the doors yourself by pulling them (they are on a manual open until the store actually opens) if you have an early dr appt... Amazing very gentle vet... Some of the techs could use help

Don't get the 7am vet visit, they'll make you wait 45min until someone opens the door

Dr Stegman is a great vet. Very good bedside manner with my dog. You can tell she really loves animals.

Decent bird food selection but the prices go up every month!! :( it's just closer than Petco, otherwise Petco is cheaper with more variety.
