Not a good idea to come during rain when the B2 parking which is hot cause your screen to be foggy. Difficult to drive and park. Be cautious

The parking operator is cheating. I came in at 13:02 PM and went to pay my parking ticket at 13:58 PM (my clock is accurate) yet I'm told that I parked 1 hour and 4 minutes so got charged for 2 hours.
