It's not a flagship store so the selections are limited for a Nordstrom, but it's pretty much the best you're going to get in the area.

I have to agree with other people here and saying the customer service is lacking. I stood at a register for 8 minutes and no one came. By the time I reached someone he was short and rude.

Customer service is really on the decline here. Not sure why, but the past 6-7 months, it feels less friendly and more arrogant. Not what I have come to expect.

Customer service has gone way down- walked around with an armful of clothes and had to go all the way to customer service to get them to track down a sales clerk :(
