In Winter is it NOT daily but Wednesday and Saturday until 2pm only. I was there on Wednesday 3/22 and outside 95 % empty and inside 5-7 tables with sellers. The rest were fixed shops and restaurants

Parking sucks: construction ongoing and I saw people parking and headed to nearby park. Don't waste your time till they fix parking problems!
