Beautiful beach on the gulf side but the bay side is fantastic for launching paddle boards or kayaks.

The beach wasn't heavily populated. Great place to relax and soak up some rays.

$3 to park and $2 to walk in. The fee is worth it for taking a water around alone. Very scenic and beautiful view of the Gulf or the bay.

Be patient with the parking method. It does work. Try to arrive before 10am or at 2pm (when the morning beach goers head home for lunch).
