Debes tomar una clase de Yoga Básica con Dorys :D ¡No te vas arrepentir! Definitely consider taking a Basic Yoga class with Dorys. She is awesome!!!

They have all types of classes: Basic, Power, Air, Physical Conditioning and Prenatal Yoga... Also Meditation Circles.
