Get your cardio in with EFIT kickboxing on MON and WED, strength in with EFIT on TUE and TH, and get a good combo on FRI and SAT. Class times are 5,6,&9AM, NOON, 4,5,&6PM M-F (no 6PM FRI) and 8AM SAT.
