HUGE SPIDERS IN THE ROOM! The windows are not well sealed and there's a gap, the spiders keep entering even with windows closed. When i asked to change rooms the answer was "it's complicated".

Disgusting place...dirty carpets, bugs in the room, ancient furniture, bed size suitable for children only, wifi not available in some of the rooms... 👎🏻
