Josie at the front desk is amazing! Super helpful, especially when I threw out my back. Had a taxi friend pick up muscle relaxant patches and even applied them. Also beautiful location!

Comfortable beds, clean, roomy bungalows and can't beat the porch off your room right below the volcano! Delicious food! Free computers/internet in lobby. Very friendly service/staff.

Kept on hearing a noise in our cabana. Thought it was from outside. Turned out we had a gecko in the room.

The complimentary breakfast is huge! Get an omelette. Wifi doesn't actually seem to extend beyond the lobby, but the pool, the volcano view, and the bartender's Russos Blancos make up for it. :D
