Horrible service. Ween i arrive with taxi, the concierge saw my 3 travelling bags and just run inside😠 And the same concierge was helping to local guest to carry clothes from laundry. 😡😡

👎👎👎The room was booked under my husband name. They not let me check in till he come from work 😡 i provide he's i'd and my passport. They don't even care. I waited on lobby 6 hour's 😢😢😢
