My last visit to this hotel in NYC made me disappointed the bed sheets smell bad so bad felt they never wash it I'll never go there again 👎🏻

I am a member here there is something about this hotel makes me love them, so cozy staff r smiling all the time and they serve free coffee and water by the entrance,, generosity :)
