Lotte Mart is conveniently located near the hotel. Guests of Grand Whiz have exclusive access to Lotte Mart near the hotel lobby.

Clean and neat. Unfortunately the lifts available are not sufficient to accommodate the guests and so small that guests have to wait whole day in front of the lifts.

AirCondition machine is too loud to hear from master bedroom..

The aircon didn't work well and kept turning off. Woke up every hour from sweat to turn on the A/C. Also a light that couldn't be turned off, and no one answered the phone when I called the front desk
