One of the finest hotel in Batu Ferringhi. The beach are clean and lot of hawkers within walking distance. Breakfast are good and a lot of choices.

It was OK. Love the adventure zone, pool and splash zone. Can improve on the check in process though. As it's a bit slow.

Perfect stay for family with kids. The staff is polite and good service. The cafe is spacious and comfortable. Room is a bit old. Pool and the adventure zone is the best place for the kids~

Plus points: super comfy beds & pillows, nice hot shower.. Minus points: cold floor! (altho practically it helps clean sand off easily) and the piping was a bit clogged up in the bathroom

المكان رائع للعائلات ولكبار السن اذ لا يوجد درج والحركة انسيابيه داخله عكس راسا شانغرلا انصح وبشده للعوائل الكبيره اما العرسان ومن هم في شهر العسل انصحكم بالراسا لانه اكثر هدوء
