Ana on the front desk couldn't have been more helpful or friendly. Despite a small room mixup by my travel agent she sorted it all right out and all with a warm smile.

Ask for a free upgrade! The suites have a fireplace, full kitchen and balcony! Free breakfast in the am. Room service guy is creepy an it's all overpriced.. They include a delivery tip so be careful
