The menu for bfst - never change. The waitress-something wrong with her.should send for etiquette. Chef used bare hands to touch the food /pastries.

PJ Crystal Crown foods used to be excellent. In my recent stay, the breakfast was really bad. Even the lunch & dinner were not as good as before. Yet, the room rate is still quite expensive

Nice hotel, spacious rooms with a minimalistic design. WiFi is very unstable and not dependable.

Frontdesk were rude when we wanted to validate our parking. When referred to another person (assuming he's the manager), that guy said "Just give them la" with sour face. We're customers, not beggars.

If u are doing or going for seminar here, pls pls pls check with hotel mgt rgd WiFi stability. F'ing slow and unstable connectivity!!! Crystal Crown improve your f'ing WiFi internet connections!!

Lights and Aircon not switch on at Hotel lobby sitting area at 5:50am. According to reception, that's their policy 🤔🙄
