This is probably the worst hotel around however it's convenient for galleria & the university cold, and no heart, breakfast is shocking - I am still waiting for my eggs 2 days later!

Breakfast is a bit expensive for what it is (buffet). The staff didnt rush to give you more tea or coffee. Once food ran out that was it.

Try not to laugh at the Polish girl on reception with the high pitched nasal voice, she can talk for ages without pause to breath lol
