It is preferred for eggs to be under.cooked. So if you are a non French westerner who likes eggs cooked through just ask and they will gladly take care of it and remember your preference.

Wobderful food. Chefs work from the morning to prepare the evening dinner. Breakfasts are also great. Carrot or onion dressing on the salad and the French toast is perfect.
