There was poop on the BR floor. While cleaning it off my son's shoe, a worker came out of the stall. I told her the problem. She said she would have it cleaned up and left out w/o washing her hands!

Slowest drive thru. No organization with double drive through placed order car in front of me didn't move and let four cars from other lane in front of it.

Miserable counter help. Felicia was terrible. Charged us for free item. Had to return to counter twice to retrieve complete order. If this was the ONLY place to eat we would rather starve than return.

Not a smile to be shared among the employees. Felicia obviously not a morning person. Got order wrong and overcharged us. Wow, haven't had service this poor at a McDonalds in a long time.
