I used to manage a bar in a mexican restaurant in CA. This is easily one of the top 3 Mexican restaurants I've ever eaten at. We ordered the Parrillada. All the meat was amazing especially the chicken

Great food! Servers are just fine, if I need something, get their attention and be assertive. Food is fab, fave spot of mine & husband's and mine & my brother's. Can't go wrong w/ anything really!

I have never had poor service from anyone at El Toro. The food is good, hot, fast and inexpensive!

I would have to agree with the two comments about the women servers. I always have good service when I get a male server.

Just hope you get a male server. The women here are slow unfriendly and rude. I like this place but it happens nearly every time I come here!

Make sure you get a male server!!! Otherwise just leave!
