Re-opened May '17 after long closure. Original 'pub' was amazing years ago. Subsequent franchisees hadn't made it work. Now, so far so bad. Great serving staff but kitchen leaves a lot to be desired.

I think previous reviewer was a bit harsh. 4/5 is more like it. Good v great Sunday roast, friendly efficient service and two miles from home. As far as pub food goes, they do all right.

This place has gone downhill. I'd rate it 2 out of 5. Not impressed. It used to be OK.
