This particular Schlotzsky's in Galveston...had a hair in my sandwich! It was a medium one so my mom & I could share & when I took it back. They came back w/ a new sandwich but it was a small! Whaaat!

we were in the drive through and saw we had dogs and have us puppy treats while we waited for our food !! big ups !!
