It's 3am and we stayed in line for 30 min for them to say it's closed. Isn't there a 24 hour drive thru? Very poor service. No professionalism at all.

DO NOT COME HERE. EVER. The drive thru is supposed to be fast - ha! Rude staff, wrong orders...I actually had to call the customer service hotline. Never had to do that before at any place ever!

I am the exterminator here. Stay away, from the mcdonalds at loch raven. This place is filthy,
