This cookout is always packed, but the service is great. The staff is friendly and the food is always fresh. I love their Cheerwine and chicken wraps! Many students come here for a late night trip!

When I came to Ferrum this was the only place keeping me from being homesick because it’s a NC chain. 24 hours and they have cheerwine floats.

Food is mostly good and service is too. The only problem is that the Cajun fries are never seasoned enough. I've gone and ordered their Cajun fries multiple times and they're never seasoned!

The Milkshakes here are amazing and the people there are very friendly. This place can get very packed on the weekends, but they are usually quick with their service. The trays are the best deal there

I agree on the sloppy food thrown together sometimes. The food isn't all people raved about when it was being built either. Shakes are good. But the size of the drinks/shakes are small for the price

Great friendly staff but VERY sloppy on delivery of purchase! There was no line ( wasn't busy,no excuse for my blt to look this way) The attached picture is what I pulled out my bag......
