AVOID DRIVE THROUGH AT ALL COST. Park your car somewhere, get in and order to go. This will save you at least half an hour sitting in your car.

I'm surprised at how poor the customer service is compared to other Chick-fil-a's. Drinks aren't wiped down, managers aren't empowered to fix CS issues, etc.
