After waiting in the drive thru for 8 minutes, we get up to the window and they said it'll be another 3 minutes for our burger. They forgot to make it! A bunch of idiots work here!!

Service is not as bad as stated. Employee came to my table to give me a replacement sandwich for one screwed up BEFORE I knew it was. Got to keep the first one too.
