Cracking breakfast baps with a variety of fillings, sausage, egg and black pudding is my favourite, all washed down with an excellent cuppa. Weekends are rammed in summer, midweek much quieter.

Interesting to read all the touching letters from schoolchildren who were involved in a bus fire in January 2013 and used this venue as a safe haven.

Dog walkers keep an eye out for horses and cyclists going down the main track. Also the cafe does a mean cup of tea
