Iced coffee was at room temperature. Asked for extra ice, came with uninvited coffee grounds on top. Cup had no lid. Bad experience. =/

Ordered the chocolate coconut frappe. What I received was syrupy like a yoohoo with some coconut flavor added. 3.45 euro in the trash :( don't order a frappe expecting a frozen drink
