I never knew Tallinn had such a cozy coffee shop/cafe! Go up the spiral stairs after you order and sit under the intimately low roof sipping a nice cappuccino with lovely cake.

Good location but Bad service, bad coffee, bad food... I don't remember a place where I have been asked to pay the bill when the food is delivered! Well you get it over here! :)
