This government office need to have a renovation badly. Hope the Quezon City government consider this. The people working in this agency are pitiful.

When claiming a parcel, be sure to bring extra cash as the taxes and duties can be steep. Basic fees alone will set you back at least P500. So come prepared.

They charge 100 pesos now from the 60 pesos they charge last year (2014)!

You gotta be assertive here or you'll end up waiting for hours. If you're claiming a package from abroad, you have to pay Php 100 for Customs examination. Ridiculous!
