Website is not updated. Lady at the Marketing office answered it exactly "obsolete project na po yan" referring to Philpost Internet Card. XD

Try visiting the Post Office Museum and meet Maam Nena who is very accomodating. The building is quite rundown but every 3rd Sunday of month, there's an auction of stamps, books and other items.
