If your going in for an oil change make an appointment ahead of time. Even though I doubt it makes a difference. I went in at 9am and was told I needed an appointment. Yes luckily I got one same day

If you come here on a Saturday for your "express oil change" you better show up at 7 or be ready to sit in line for 2 hours
