must do a walking tour to really get to know the experience we couldn't because we had only 1 day to see 3 museums. Car tour was nice. walking tour is very long.

Don't forget to come by the visitor's center to grab a park brochure, see the museum, the cemetery, and see what else Stones River National Battlefield has to offer.
