There's an excellent private Chinese language school in Carnival (A座）called TenWest that is able to provide student visas. The lessons are one-on-one.

If you are a foreigner looking for western fast food (albeit with a Chinese twist), this mall has KFC, Pizza Hut, Dairy Queen, and Starbucks.
