I got the membership this month. I just hope that staff will smile more. I forgot my belt inside the shower room and never got it back reported it at the front desk but was not surrendered.

Too crowded on Fridays. Some members are not corteous enough to return plates after use. Consoaltion: receptionists are accomodating and hospitable.
