Great view and access to the lake but not directly in Queenstown. Convenient shuttle service and comfortable rooms.

Wifi is nice to have, but quite slow. Seems to work better from the rooms vs the lobby.

I think the 'no wifi' tip must've been made on the last day it was true - they've had wifi since at least March 2011.
