Great hotel but location is NOT near Broadway. On 19th Ave one block from West End and Vanderbilt in midtown but far from downtown which is 1st to 5th Ave.

I don't know if this hotel is undergoing renovations, but this hotel is trying to bill itself as boutique and is falling apart. Peeling paint, leaky showers, weird smells. Good price if you can handle
