Poor management. The staff had to work for 48 hours straight. The day before my check in, 30 housekeeping staff and 4 receptionist resigned due to overwork and underpaid. Dirty room.

This hotel is ok, got swimming pool for kids.The cleanliness of their room is acceptable but I didn't get complementary tea/coffee. 🤔 For breakfast, there's nothing much to eat. Ok ok jeler

It had three long queue at the last weekend holidays.. even there were three counters for customers check in. Room was not properly clean, dusts and rubbish on the table, got hairs near shower area.

Iron is upon request and kene letak kat luar bilik once done guna. nanti nak guna call request balik and housekeeping akan hantar.
