Yesterdaymorning no hot water, this morning no hot water. I would not be surprises if in only some weeks this hotel will fall down. At least at this moment stars fall down: from 5 to 2

The Lobbybar in this hotel is still shit. When complaining, the waiter said 'talk to the manager, i'm only working here'. WTF?

However the lobbybar is still shit in this hotel. No service at all by these guys! Better take a drink outside. I bet the coffee wil be better too!

Had good talks with management and the buffetmanager really listened. He knows how to satisfy customers! Great job done by him! It really tastes good now. Compliments!
