There are NO free towels for the pool. Room towels are not allowed to be used at the pool. The hotel own shop sells towels for 6 Euro each. Quite disappointed. Bring your own towels!

Air condition costs 5 Euro per day extra and is very unreliable. After complaining that it didn't work for a day, we didn't get any money back.
