Very old building. Interior is nice but needs upgrade and lots of cleaning. They have a piano bar for late night drinks but no one plays the piano! The staffs are friendly and accommodating.

Cheap but good quality hotel rooms. They're not strict with check-out times. Unlimited coffee and tea for hotel guests!👍 (Poor 3G signal in the rooms though)

Their coffee shop has a great ambiance.. but it closes by 9pm.. :(

My tip is to avoid the place, I've been in Dumaguete for 2 years and this place may look nice but the service is very low grade.
