Don't be in a hurry to check in, and don't expect a call when room is ready if they offer to call, it is just a ploy to move you along.

Uncomfortable beds, I could hear lots of outside noise as well. Room got hot at night. Best thing would have to be the shower.

I do like this property but the staff was not that friendly. The concierge attendant didn't even speak. Great variety in the lounge. Also, the sink & the bathtub both had hair in them. I

$15 for the airport shuttle. And they didn't tell me until i got there. Classy.

Take the free shuttle out the back door to a ton of bars and restaurants down Broad Street.
