In the evening atmosphere in the restaurant was nice. Even they played Russian music. I was pleased. Cuisine was delicious and service is good. Waiters could improve their English

4th floor an annoying fan noise. They smoke everywhere. Small windows covered with some kind of shield to avoid you disturbing the neighbors! It is not worth the money. It has a nice GYM though :)
