Perfect for a family of four (five if the smallest is max 5 years old). Close to grocery store, restaurants and the beach.

If possible, get a ground floor apartment. Then you can sit on the patio while watching the kids in the pool. The first floor apartments are accessed from the back, less accessible from the pool.
