Day 3: We provided formula milk can & bottle to the nurse as the breast milk's quantity was insufficient. At 9 am the baby was brought, and he came back at 4 pm crying and scurrying for breast milk!

We thought when we gave the baby with a formula milk & bottle at 9 am, the nurse would've fed him. When the baby was returned to us at 4 pm, he was crying and scurrying for breast milk! Crazy place!

Day 1: no water in the bathroom although it is a vip room. When I complained, the nurse said they received lots of similar complaints that day. A hospital is not supposed to have this kind of issue!

Day 2: baby birth, the father was asked to get the baby's leg band on the first floor and it took almost an hour. No other hospital does this as the leg band should be already provided & attached asap

Again, the nurse promised to send the baby to our room for breast feeding but there was only one nurse taking care of five babies, while the baby is already crying! Seriously, we need to raise this.

And just tonight at 9 pm, they run out of water for dispensers (which I doubt are even Aqua, most probably are only refilled gallons)! First the tap waters are dead, and now this. Not recommending!

Jika sdg menunggu dan pengen suasana santai... Bisa santai di kim-teng lantai 1 gdg baru...

Kalau sedang menunggu keluarga yg sedang dirawat di RS Awal Bros, dan... Merasa lapar, dapat jalan kaki ke "Ulam Sari" di sebelah RS. Quite delicious!

Jika membawa batita/balita pastikan tidak akan menganggu pasien..serta menjaga kesehatan anak yang gampang tertular penyakit..gunakan masker dan membawa antiseptic gel bila perlu..
